Ari has co-founded three real estate tech companies, ran the acquisitions team for a large affordable housing office, and developed, managed and sold residential, multifamily and commercial properties.

Director of Operations Robert has over two decades of experience in construction and is a former firefighter with an IT degree. Life experience has taught him the importance of keeping loved ones nearby and he believes ADUs have the potential to step in as a solution no matter what your need may be.

Director of IT & Cyber Security With over 25 years in the industry, Sean is the glue that keeps all of our systems safe and operating smoothly every day. He is the guy you don’t know you need until something isn’t working, don’t ask him how he fixed it, just be glad he did.

Project Manager With her software background, Jessica loves combining her interests in technology and housing to come up with solutions to help homeowners solve the housing crisis one ADU at a time. Her dream is to make a small dent in filling the 500,000 needed housing units in LA.
