This package is valued between $15,000-$21,000 and includes structural engineering, detailed interior and exterior design.
Designer Series Plan Package
This offers the most comprehensive high-end solution for those ready to elevate their ADU project.
By leveraging one of our premium designs, we have you covered from the conceptual phase, schematic designs, construction details, and interior design.
You’ll move through the design process much faster, getting you closer to your completed ADU project! We will complete your submittal package with our templated design and provide you A-Z permit management.
This package is valued between $27,000-$42,000 and includes structural engineering, detailed interior and exterior design, furniture planning, and ADU landscape design.
